However if something comes up that was unforeseen, rest assured, we  are here for you. Firstly you can review the tailor made guide on how to operate your system that we will have left for you including all basic trouble shooting we have a hard copy and a video option for you. You can also contact us anytime with a phone call, email or through the website with any questions and we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. We also offer a warranty of 3 years from the date of installation on all equipment and labour. So if there's any concern with the functioning of your system, we've got you covered.

Booking in an install date can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the type of system you've chosen, sometimes the weather can  play a part too. But please know that getting your property secured as fast as possible is our top priority, we understand that circumstances can change very quickly creating an urgency for you to have security set up promptly!

Once your date is locked in, a single storey installation will take no longer than a day. More complex installations such as double storey homes and apartments may take up to a few days or even weeks.

We are flexible! You can pay by cash, card or bank transfer. Just let us know in advance and if needed, we can bring the EFT terminal to you. Its also important to note that depending on the book in date and total of your job, a deposit payment may be required. But don't worry, we will make sure you know all the details well in advance. 

A Room Sensor is your classic sensor that  sits in the upper corner of a room. It uses infra red technology to alert you of movement in front of it - within its range. Once an intruder is in your property and passes in front of it, you are notified.

A Door or Window Sensor on the other hand is a much smaller device that comes in 2 parts. Part one is for the door, and Part two is for the door frame. It uses electrical magnetic field technology to alert you when the two parts are separated. So if an intruder attempts to open your door or window more than just a few centimetres, you are notified instantly. (Before they get in!)

The main purpose of a surveillance system is to push your security perimeter outside the property. You want to be alerted to the presence of a dangerous or unwelcome individual, far before they enter your living space. The amount of cameras you need is going to depend heavily on the layout of your property. A common installation generally includes anywhere from 4 - 8 cameras to allow good coverage. At your initial Consultation we will discuss the primary points of entry such as front and back doors as well as windows - especially those with ground floor access. We will ask you about specific areas or objects you wish to monitor such as the car, pets or important items in your home, and discuss distance for viewing on your cameras. This information will help us give you the best answer, and the best protection.
